Refund and cancellation

When you can cancel

You can cancel a batch and receive a full refund if both of these are true:

• fewer than 48 hours have passed since your payment succeeded, and
• you have started fewer than two tests on the batch.

Opening a test counts as starting it, because at that moment the questions have been delivered to your device. Reading the instructions page does not.

When you cannot

• After 48 hours from payment, for any reason.
• Once you have started two or more tests, even inside 48 hours.
• Part-way through a season, in proportion to time remaining. A batch is sold as one thing for one exam season, not as a monthly subscription.
• If your account has been suspended for sharing your login, sharing question papers, or attempting to interfere with a test.

How to cancel

Email from the address on your account, or message , with your registered mobile number and the invoice number from your receipt. You do not need to give a reason.

How long a refund takes

We approve or decline within one working day. Once approved, the money is returned through Razorpay to the same method you paid with — the same UPI handle, card or bank account. Razorpay then takes 5 to 7 working days to complete the reversal, and that part is outside our control.

Refunds are always to the original payment method. We cannot send a refund to a different account, and we never ask for your card number, UPI PIN, OTP or bank password to process one. Anybody who does is not us.

The full amount means the full amount

You receive back exactly what you paid, including the GST portion. We do not deduct a processing fee, a cancellation charge or the payment gateway's fee. The gateway fee is our cost, not yours.

Where a refund is issued, a credit note is generated against the original tax invoice and appears in your purchases.

Free tests

The free tests cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. They exist so you can judge the product before paying, and we would rather you used all three than asked for your money back later.

If a payment fails but money leaves your account

This is a bank settlement delay, not a charge. It reverses on its own, usually within 5 working days. If it has not after that, email us the UPI reference or bank statement line and we will chase Razorpay with you.

If we cancel

If we withdraw a batch, or cannot deliver the tests promised in it, we refund the unused portion in full without you having to ask, and we tell you why. If an exam is postponed by the commission, your access is extended to match rather than refunded.
